1992 Lexus SC400 – 61k Miles | Original Paint | Exceptional Survivor

Up for sale is my 1992 Lexus SC400 Coupe in Garnet Red Metallic over Gray Leather Interior. It is in excellent condition inside, out, and underneath and has only 61,2xx actual miles. Clean title/Carfax one owner car prior to my ownership, purchased new at Lexus of Tulsa and serviced there it’s entire life up to 1000 miles ago when they did the timing belt and water pump service.

During my ownership I have done some additional age related maintenance including:

-Valve Cover Gaskets and Plugs

-Resealed the Oil Pan

-Refreshed Instrument Cluster and HVAC by Tanin Auto Elextronix

-Power Steering Rack Rebuild

-A/C Converted from R12 to R134a

-Brake Fluid Flush

This is an outstanding example of Lexus's flagship V8 grand touring coupe, and one that has been carefully maintained and preserved rather than unnecessarily restored or modified.

The car retains its original factory paint on every body panel, and the interior is remarkably well preserved. The factory rear spoiler was refinished separately, but the remainder of the exterior paint is original.

Powered by the legendary 4.0L 1UZ-FE V8 paired with an automatic transmission.

Highlights:

• Just 61,250 miles
• Original Garnet Pearl factory paint
• Original gray leather interior
• Gold Package (Emblems, Antenna Surround and Exhaust Tips)
• Factory rear spoiler
• Original Lexus carpeted floor mats and trunk mat
• Factory 12-disc CD changer, present and functional
• Power tilt-and-slide moonroof
• Carefully preserved, enthusiast-owned example

During my ownership, I've taken considerable care to address age-related maintenance and preserve the car's originality. I have extensive photographs and documentation available for serious buyers.

I enjoy finding exceptional examples of interesting vehicles, maintaining them properly, and experiencing them before moving on to the next. This SC400 has been a pleasure to own, and I'd love to see it go to someone who appreciates its condition and originality.

Clean, original examples of these early SC400s are becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly with this mileage and level of preservation.

Located in the Houston/Galveston, Texas area.

Asking $25,900. Reasonable offers considered.
