Description: the full story
There are Low Miles No Miles F-bodies…and then there are the bright-colored oddballs that somehow survived untouched. This 1992 Pontiac Firebird falls into that category, showing just 28,936 miles and finished in the rarely seen and unmistakable Jamaica Yellow.
Vehicle Overview
Finished in Jamaica Yellow over a gray interior, this 1992 Pontiac Firebird is powered by its original 3.1-liter V6 paired with an automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. The odometer currently shows 28,936 miles, and the car remains 100% stock and original throughout.
Unlike many surviving third-generation F-bodies that were modified, raced, or heavily altered over time, this example appears to have remained remarkably untouched, including retaining its original factory radio and original overall presentation.
While not optioned as a V8 performance car, this Firebird captures exactly what makes clean survivor F-bodies so appealing today: originality, preservation, and a look that immediately brings you back to the early 1990s.
Story
According to the seller, the car has had approximately four owners throughout its life, all remaining within the same general region. That consistency in ownership appears to have contributed heavily to the car’s preserved condition today.
The seller notes that finding an original third-generation Firebird in this kind of condition has become increasingly difficult, especially in factory Jamaica Yellow and with mileage under 30,000.
The current dealer has added approximately 50 miles during ownership.
Condition
As expected for a preserved low-mile example, the car presents well throughout. The exterior retains its original paint with no known modifications or alterations, while the gray interior remains highly original and clean.
The vehicle is reported to be completely stock and mechanically sound with no known issues. A recent Pennsylvania state inspection and emissions inspection were completed, and the car is also scheduled to receive a fresh oil change.
No rust is reported by the seller.
Overall, this is an honest, highly original survivor that represents the increasingly hard-to-find unmodified side of the third-generation F-body world.

Letter From The LMNM Team
This car just makes us smile.
Everybody talks about GTA’s, Trans Ams, Formula cars, and those are great but there’s something really cool about seeing a completely untouched base-model Firebird survive like this.
Especially in Jamaica Yellow.
It’s such a period-correct color for these cars, and combined with the original condition, factory radio, and low miles, it feels like stepping right back into the early 90s.
Cars like this were never really supposed to become collectible. Most were daily driven, modified, or simply disappeared over time.
That’s exactly why seeing one this clean today feels special.
It’s just honest. A preserved snapshot of what a third-gen Firebird actually looked and felt like when it was new.
