2006 Porsche Cayman S

2006 Porsche Cayman S Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 2006 Porsche Cayman S six-speed manual, a one-owner example with just 20,000 miles. Finished in the attractive shade of Carmon Red Metallic, this 987.1 presents as a garage-kept, well-maintained example. The car remains in excellent condition inside and out; Clean CarFax with no reported accidents. Optioned with the Preferred Package Plus (which includes Xenons, power heated seats, Bose surround stereo with remote 6-disc changer, self-dimming mirrors and rain-sensing wipers) and 19-inch Sport Design wheels (which are wearing Michelin tires). Pristine wheels with no curb rash; headlights are crystal clear -- it's evident this car has not spent much time outside. Interior looks and feels new with virtually no wear showing on any surface -- very good original door panels, dash, steering wheel, carpets, floor mats, headliner and leather seating surfaces. No stains or damage anywhere including the front and rear cargo areas. All gauges, lights, indicators, climate control, and stereo functions are working as intended. No sticky or worn buttons. Original books are contained within their factory-supplied tin. The 3.4 liter horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission. With 295 horsepower, the Cayman S offered considerably better performance than the base Cayman or Boxster, and nearly rivaled a base 997 from the same era. We've always loved the balanced and nimble handling that arises from its mid-engine layout. This Cayman S runs and drives great. A major service just last year and 1,800 miles ago included spark plugs, ignition coils, cabin and engine air filters, a brake flush, transmission fluid service, and a new alternator. The water pump and thermostat were replaced earlier this year, and a fresh engine oil service was just completed in preparation for the sale. Original window sticker, owner's books, and complete service records to new are included.
