Connecting…
There are Low Miles No Miles cars...and then there are the ones that were built to deliver an entirely different level of performance.
This 2014 Ford Mustang ROUSH Stage 3 Aluminator is one of those cars.
Showing just 5,091 miles, this Oxford White Mustang represents one of the most exciting configurations offered by ROUSH Performance during the final year of the S197 generation.
Equipped with the optional Ford Racing Aluminator forged V8, a ROUSH supercharger, and a six-speed manual transmission, this Stage 3 is represented as producing an incredible 675 horsepower.
Adding to its appeal are signatures attributed to Jack Roush and members of his racing team beneath the hood, along with the original Ford window sticker and ROUSH build documentation.
With its exceptionally low mileage, aggressive styling, and impressive performance credentials, this is far from your average Mustang GT.
The 2014 model year marked the end of the S197 Mustang, a generation that brought back the classic styling and muscular proportions of Ford's original pony car.
By this point, the Mustang GT featured Ford's 5.0-liter Coyote V8, providing an excellent foundation for the high-performance conversions offered by ROUSH.
The Stage 3 represented the top of the ROUSH lineup, combining supercharged V8 power with upgraded suspension, distinctive styling, and exclusive interior appointments.
While the standard 2014 Stage 3 produced 575 horsepower, ROUSH also offered an upgraded Ford Racing Aluminator engine featuring forged internal components designed to withstand significantly greater power.
This example is represented as having the optional Aluminator engine and 675-horsepower Phase 3 configuration.
Power is delivered through a six-speed manual transmission, providing the engaging driving experience that enthusiasts have come to expect from a performance Mustang.
The Story
This particular Mustang was ordered in Oxford White and equipped with an extensive collection of ROUSH performance and appearance upgrades.
Its exterior features the distinctive ROUSH aerodynamic package, side graphics, rear quarter-window louvers, rear spoiler, and polished five-spoke wheels with contrasting red brake calipers.
Inside, custom leather and Alcantara upholstery with contrasting stitching is complemented by ROUSH instrumentation, illuminated door sills, and other specialized appointments.
The engine compartment is equally impressive, featuring the supercharged Aluminator V8, upgraded cooling components, and ROUSH performance hardware.
Across the upper radiator support are several signatures identified by the seller as those of Jack Roush and members of his racing team.
The original Ford window sticker and separate ROUSH build documentation accompany the vehicle, providing a valuable record of its original configuration and performance conversion.
With just 5,091 miles showing, this ROUSH Stage 3 has seen exceptionally limited use since new.
The seller describes the Mustang as being in like-new condition, with beautiful Oxford White paint, excellent exterior trim, and a remarkably clean interior.
The custom seating surfaces, ROUSH-specific appointments, and engine compartment all present exceptionally well.
Original documentation has been preserved, including the Ford window sticker and ROUSH equipment sheet.
With its low mileage, desirable six-speed manual transmission, and optional forged-engine upgrade, this is an outstanding example of the final S197 generation.
There are Mustangs, there are ROUSH Mustangs, and then there's this thing.
A 2014 ROUSH Stage 3 with a forged Aluminator V8, 675 horsepower, a six-speed manual, and just 5,091 miles showing.
Now we're talking.
We've always had a soft spot for the final years of the S197 Mustang. By 2014, Ford had spent nearly a decade refining the platform, and these cars had become some of the best-looking modern Mustangs ever produced.
But Jack Roush wasn't exactly the kind of guy who looked at a perfectly good Mustang GT and said, "Yep, that's enough."
ROUSH took these cars to an entirely different level.
The standard Stage 3 was already producing 575 horsepower, which was an outrageous amount of power for a street car at the time.
But apparently, that still wasn't enough.
Enter the optional Ford Racing Aluminator engine.
With forged internals and the available Phase 3 performance package, output climbed to an advertised 675 horsepower.
And the best part?
Three pedals and a six-speed manual.
We love it.
This particular example is especially appealing because of its condition and remarkably low mileage.
Just 5,091 miles on a car that was built to be driven hard.
That's some serious restraint.
The Oxford White exterior, ROUSH graphics, polished wheels, and red brake calipers make for a fantastic combination. And under the hood, you'll find the supercharged V8 along with signatures attributed to Jack Roush and members of his racing team.
How cool is that?
We also love seeing the original Ford window sticker and ROUSH documentation preserved with the car. Those are the details that help tell the story of something special.
At Low Miles No Miles, we're just as excited about a forgotten economy car with 5,000 miles as we are about a 675-horsepower Mustang with the same mileage.
That's what makes this hobby so much fun.
And while this one certainly wasn't built to sit around collecting dust, we're glad somebody took such good care of it.
A forged V8, a supercharger, a manual transmission, and the unmistakable ROUSH name.
What more could you want?
We can't wait to see where this one ends up.
