Where The Miles Matter...
Hey there, and welcome!
I’m Dylan Mashburn, one of the three founders of Low Miles No Miles (LMNM) — the largest online community for low-mileage car lovers. Whether you’re here to buy, sell, or simply admire rare, well-kept vehicles, you’ve found your people.
The Roots: A Life Around Cars
Cars have been part of my life since day one. I grew up in the Metro Detroit area, where my dad has owned a small dealership since 1989, specializing in low-mileage and specialty vehicles of all kinds. Being in that environment lit a fire in me early on.
At 16, my good friend Anthony Loria and I started buying cars, fixing them up, and flipping them for a profit. After graduating high school in 2012, we became lead buyers for my dad’s dealership. That’s when our obsession with low-mileage vehicles really took off.
We weren’t just buying cars — we were hunting for gems. We traveled all over Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, tracking down rare finds with incredibly low miles. We helped transform the dealership from a traditional used car lot into something much more exciting and special — a destination for some of the cleanest cars in the region, from ‘80s and ‘90s classics to barely-driven modern models.
Building Bigger: From Local Lot to Full Operation
In 2019, the dealership moved into a larger space in the north east of the Detroit Metro area, where we’re still located, in St. Claire, MI. It was important that this location has an indoor showroom to better preserve these special vehicles.
Around the same time, Anthony and I launched Auto Buyers USA, a Carvana-style site offering instant cash offers and a brick-and-mortar “buying center.”
We brought my brother Noah Mashburn onto the team, and he quickly became a vital player. Despite our best efforts, Auto Buyers USA was soon overshadowed by larger companies like Carvana, which launched a similar platform shortly after us. But we stayed in the game — still scouring the web for low-mileage cars, still buying and selling, and always chasing the next big idea.
The Birth of LMNM: A Passion Becomes a Platform
In 2023, after another frustrating week of trying to find quality listings online, I vented to my brother:
“Why isn’t there a dedicated place for low-mileage cars?”
He fired back:
“I’ll make a Facebook group right now. I’ll call it Low Miles No Miles.”
And just like that, LMNM was born.
What started as a simple Facebook group quickly exploded. We hit 10,000 members in just a few weeks. Then 100,000. Today, the LMNM Facebook group is just under 400,000 members strong, with thousands of posts each month and cars being bought and sold within hours of being listed.
That’s when we realized: we weren’t alone. There were hundreds of thousands of people who shared the same passion — and we knew it was time to take things to the next level.
Going All In: Expanding the Brand
To grow the community, we brought on our good friend Ryan Williams to run our Instagram page, which now has 100,000+ followers. We launched a YouTube channel, a weekly podcast, and even a full merch line to help spread the LMNM brand.
To better serve our audience, we welcomed Mike Laskowski — another long-time friend and group moderator — to oversee all dealer and individual listing services.
Then, in October 2024, we made our biggest move yet:
launching our own platform — LowMilesNoMiles.com — a dedicated marketplace built specifically for low-mileage vehicles.
Going All In: Expanding the Brand
As buyers who’ve lived and breathed this industry, we knew what existing car platforms were missing — and we set out to fill the gaps. Our website is clean, easy to navigate, and built for one purpose: to connect people with great cars and an even better community.
This isn’t just a marketplace.
It’s a movement.
We’re here for the one-owner time capsules, the garage-kept survivors, the forgotten classics, and the barely-driven daily drivers. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just browsing — LMNM is your home.
Thanks for being part of our journey.
We’re just getting started.
